Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Customized products, used items, and products missing original packaging are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Manufacturing defects are covered under a 12-month limited warranty. Normal wear, misuse, and improper storage are excluded.
